Lower Cholesterol With Juicing Recipe

Everyone knows about the cholesterol lowering properties of garlic but not everyone likes that garlic taste when it comes to juicing. 

Here is a simple juice recipe that will help to lower cholesterol. It's easy to make and only contains three ingredients. It is also delicious and I should know because i'm drinking it right now!
  • 1 thumb sized piece of ginger
  • 1 large apple
  • 3 large carrots
Juice the ginger first followed by the apple and carrots. Then drink right away!
