Liver Tonic Juice Recipe
This juice recipe is targeted at your liver. If you can't get your hands on dandelion greens substitute in some of these other greens. I don't usually peel my lemons but the recipe suggests you do so. I always peel oranges as orange peel has a bitter taste when juiced but I personally like the flavor lemon peel adds when juiced. Here is the recipe...

Another Detox juice Recipe
There are so many detox juice recipes but this one is interesting because it has 7 ingredients that really work together.
Anyone who has been juicing for a while will know that similar types of vegetables tend to go together, so the root vegetables carrot and beet work together in this juice recipe.
Celery and apple always seem to go together and these flavors contrast nicely against the root vegetables.
The final twist is the addition of parsley, cilantro and ginger. The ginger provide a bit of bite whereas the parley and cilantro lift the whole recipe and add another dimension of flavor.
- 1 carrot
- 1 apple
- 3 celery ribs
- 1/2 beet
- handful parsley and cilantro
- inch of ginger.

Autumn Detox Juice Recipe
If you're feeling a little worse for wear after Thanksgiving dinner then perhaps it's time to detox!
This recipe is the perfect solution to Thanksgiving excess and tastes great too. It uses a mix of root veggies like sweet potato, carrot and beetroot but combines it with red bell pepper, celery and apple.
The orange is optional but adds much needed Vitamin C which will help to boost your immune system and help your body to repair some of that cell damage associated with overeating.
Ingredients
- 1 small sweet potato
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1 small red beet
- 1 apple
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 orange (optional)

Pumpkin Pie Juice Recipe
This is one of my favorite juice recipes for this time of year. It combines the great taste of pumpkin with sweet potato, ginger and cinnamon. It's easy to make and the ingredients are fairly cheap too.
- 1 large piece of pumpkin
- 1 whole sweet potato
- half inch of ginger
- half teaspoon cinnamon
